Event communication and process
Stage One: Enquiry and initial proposal
We will discuss your event brief in full, be it face to face or on the phone in order to gain a full understanding of your requirements and will include:

The preferred date and location of the event
- Type of event and reason for event
- Numbers and who guests are
- Catering and Drink requirements
- Budget
We identify possible options and provide an initial proposal via email in an agreed and reasonable time frame.
Stage 2: Evaluation of initial proposal
We will follow up our initial proposal with phone call and/or meeting to evaluate the solutions provided within 2 working days of submission. All proposals are to be used as the basis for further discussion and can be amended as many times a necessary until an appropriate solution has been created.
Stage 3: Proposal Development
Once the initial proposal has been refined, we will develop the proposal to a stage that can include:

An initial cost estimate

Availability

Site visits
Stage 4: Confirmation
After further evaluation and refinement of your proposal, a full and exact quotation will be supplied to you together with all supporting details including our terms & conditions. After this if you are happy to proceed you will be issued with a contract outlining all agreed elements.
Stage 5: Pre-event Communication and protocol
Once the contract is signed, it is our responsibility to ensure that two way communication is maintained between you and us in order to address any concerns, issues or changes that might arise. In addition we will arrange all necessary and agreed elements in order to ensure that your event is as required, including food and wine tastings, technical site visits, artist liaison, etc.
If appropriate, a ‘Job Sheet’ will be issued no later than 7 days prior to your event, on which all final requirements will be specified. This will be signed off by us, you and all contributing contractors thereby providing complete peace of mind for the event.
Stage 6: On-site event management - event day(s)
When required, an experienced event manager will be on-site to co-ordinate all elements of your event and thereby ensure the smooth operation of all requirements.
Stage 7: Post event evaluation
We ensure that a full evaluation of your event is undertaken to gain complete feedback on all aspects of your event.
